Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email box account you would like to forward mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
